We wanted to design a platform to share beacons of good practice and create a mosaic of individual moments of personalised care that will highlight that, despite the many pressures thrown at us, our health and social care professionals remain truly caring with the patient at the heart of all we do.
We invite you to share stories, highlighting actions that made the little things matter. We look forward to illuminating the wonderful care and compassion that you provide.
If you have a story you would like to share in a blog please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org. Please also free to join the conversation on Twitter @littlethingsTLC and on Facebook at LittleThingsTLC.
